by the order passed by this Court on 31.05.2011 in a batch of

similar writ petitions led by CWP No. 4085/2011 : Pooran Mal

& Ors. Vs. The State of Rajasthan & Ors.

Following the decision aforesaid and subject to the

observations therein, this writ petition stands dismissed.
