Shri Sudeep Patel, counsel for the petitioner.
This petition is directed against an order dated 4.3.2010
passed by the Commissioner, Workmen Compensation Adhiniyam,
Betul by which right of petitioner to produce evidence was closed.

After arguing the matter, counsel for the petitioner submitted
that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to
raise the grounds in appeal in case such exigency arises to the
petitioner.

Prayer allowed.

Petitioner is permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty as
prayed.

No order as to costs.
