As prayed by Mr. M.S. Pipersenia, Standing Counsel, put up this
case on 11.01.2010 along with Civil Misc. Writ Petition Nos.
63595 of 2009, 63596 of 2009 and 63597 of 2009.

Before the aforesaid date, the District Magistrate, Baghpat shall
file his personal affidavit in respect of the report submitted by the
Labour Enforcement Officer.

In case, the affidavit is not filed, the District Magistrate shall be
personally present in the Court on that date.
