Counsel for the respondents are present.

                          From        the     reading       of     the    writ

               application       it    would       be    clear     that     the

               father    of   the      petitioner         was     working   in

               Bihar     State        Food        and     Civil     Supplies

Corporation (hereinafter referred to as ‘the

Corporation’) and the Corporation has taken

a decision for not making any compassionate

appointment in view of excess number of

employees working as also financial crunch.

This aspect of the matter specifically

asserted by the respondents in the counter

affidavit with the help of the documents as

well having not been controverted, this

Court must hold that the present application

seeking a direction for his appointment on

compassionate ground in the Corporation is

wholly misconceived.

That being so, this application is

dismissed.
