-----------
2. 8.4.2011 No one appears for the petitioner.
Counsel for the respondents are present.
From the reading of the writ
application it would be clear that the
father of the petitioner was working in
Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies
Corporation (hereinafter referred to as ‘the
Corporation’) and the Corporation has taken
a decision for not making any compassionate
appointment in view of excess number of
employees working as also financial crunch.
This aspect of the matter specifically
asserted by the respondents in the counter
affidavit with the help of the documents as
well having not been controverted, this
Court must hold that the present application
seeking a direction for his appointment on
2
compassionate ground in the Corporation is
wholly misconceived.
That being so, this application is
dismissed.
