The present interlocutory application has

been filed for enlargement of time for depositing

the requisite amount of cost for publication of

notice in daily Hindi newspaper “Dainik Jagran” as

per order dated 20.01.2011.

For the reasons disclosed, the present

interlocutory application is allowed. The time for

depositing the requisite cost for substituted

service of notice by publication of

advertisement/notice in daily Hindi newspaper

“Dainik Jagaran” is extended by 15th April 2011,

failing which the Civil Revision application shall

stand rejected without further reference to a

Bench.
