dated 28.02.2011 be read as “Judicial

Magistrate, Ist Class, Patna City” in stead

of “Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna”.

The aforesaid mistake perpetuated in

the order dated 28.02.2011 since it was

wrongly mentioned in prayer portion of

petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioners

is permitted to make necessary correction in

prayer portion of the petition.

Let the order dated 28.02.2011 stand

corrected to the extent indicated above.

                             Let    the     order        be    faxed        to    the

                   learned     J.M.Ist          Class,        Patna        City    in

                   Complaint     Case     No.    844(C)       of    2009     at   the

                   cost of the petitioners.
