3. 14.3.2011 The Office is directed to immediately transmit the

Lower Court Records of Sessions Trial No.19 of 1995 kept

in the records of Criminal Appeal No.3 of 1998 to the Court

of A.D.J., Fast Track Court No.III, Sheikhpura since the

judgment of the petitioner is being held up on account of

non-receipt of the Lower Court Records.

The Office should report compliance within a week

from today.

mentioned” after a week.
