This is an application for recall of my order dated 22.7.2010 whereby the writ
petition was dismissed for want of prosecution.

I have gone through the application and the affidavit filed in support thereof.
The cause shown for the absence of the counsel, when the case was taken up
in the revised list, is sufficient.

The order dated 22.7.2010 is recalled and the writ petition is restored to its
original number.
