counter affidavit. No counter affidavit have been filed by them.

Learned Standing Counsel prays for and is granted three weeks’
further time to file counter affidavit, failing which the respondent
no.2, Sub-Divisional Officer, Sadar, District Ballia shall appear in
person on the next date fixed alongwith relevant record and
instructions to assist the Court.
