3. 19.01.2011 Considering the fact that the matter was

listed on two occasions when no body appeared for

the petitioner the case was dismissed. However, the

counsel for the petitioner has placed his personal

grounds, stating that he was under going treatment

in the Heart Care Clinic from where he was referred

to the I.G.M.S. and then referred to A.I.M.S. for

further treatment.

Considering these facts this application is

restored to its original file.
