4/ 19.01.2011 Let the Vice-Chancellor as well as Registrar,

L.N. Mithila University , Darbhanga appear in person on

2nd February 2011, since the Court is prima facie of the

opinion that there is deliberate violation of the direction

of the Court and the stand taken in the show cause filed

on behalf of the University does not convince the Court.

The Vice-Chancellor as well as Registrar, L.N.

Mithila University , Darbhanga will not draw the salary

and all perks including T.A., D.A. and other allowances,

till further order of the Court.

List this case on 2nd February, 2011.
