      Shri Rajendra Tiwari, the learned Senior Advocate with
Shri Brindawan Tiwari, Counsel for the petitioner.
      Shri Vivek Agrawal, Govt. Advocate for the State.
      Shri Agrawal prays for short time to place document on
record certifying that Annexure P/3 was ported on Website on
9.5.2011. Apart from this, it was published in the newspaper
immediately thereafter. For this pupose, we adjourn hearing of
this petition for a week.
      Shri Rajendra Tiwari, the learned Senior Advocate,
appearing for the petitioner submitted that counseling for NRI
seat for admission in M.B.B.S. Courses is commencing from
today and the petitioner be permitted to participate in the said
counseling on her own risk and cost.
      Though the prayer is opposed by Shri Agrawal, but
considering peculiar facts of the case that the petitioner was
permitted by the respondents to appear in the examination as an

NRI candidate, we direct the respondents to allow the petitioner
to participate in the counseling from 3rd August, 2011, subject to
further orders in this petition. The petitioner shall not be entitled
to claim any equity on the basis of such permission.

Be listed for hearing on 12th August, 2011.
