                         J U D G M E N T

Exts.P4 and P5 orders cancelling the declaration of probation

of the petitioners are under challenge. It is now seen that

subsequently by Ext.P6 order, petitioners have been promoted to

the post of Village Extension Officers Grade I.

In view of Ext.P6, the challenge against Exts.P4 and P5 is

academic and the original petition is closed.
