This second appeal appears to have been filed by the U.P. Power Corporation.
Sri W.H. Khan, Advocate has been appointed as counsel for the Corporation
but he is now no more counsel for the Corporation. Sri H.P. Dubey, the other
counsel, whose name is printed in the cause list on behalf of U.P. Power
Corporation is not present even in the revised list.

The appeal is, accordingly, dismissed for non-prosecution. Stay order, if any,
stands vacated.
