5 19.08.2011 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner, the

State and the Corporation.

A show cause has been filed on behalf of the

Corporation stating therein that the order of the Court has

been complied with and the admissible dues have been

paid, however, with regard to the payment of arrears on

account of revision of pay and pension the same would be

considered subject to the result of L.P.A. No. 960 of 2007

which is pending in this Court.

In this view of the matter, this contempt

application need not proceed further and the same

accordingly stands disposed of.
