The appellant had asked in RTI application for Raya Tanwar caste. Said
caste is under OBC since 1995 of Delhi Pradesh.

1. Under the Delhi Government, how much candidates are worked in
department’s from the caste Raya Tanwar(OBC).
2. Provide Permanent address of such candidates belong to caste Raya
Tanwar(OBC) are worked in the department of Delhi Government.
3. How much Ray Tanwar (OBC) candidates are worked in MCD? Please tell me
name, Post’s, department and provide list of office address
4. How much Ray Tanwar (OBC) candidates are worked in NDMC? Please tell
me name, Post’s, department and provide list of office address.
The PIO replied.
With reference to your letter dated 15.09.2008 on the above cited subject
received in this office through Hon’ble Chief Minister Office, Govt. of NCT of Delhi
19.09.2008, the requisite information is provided hereasunder:-
Information regarding Point No. 1&2 of the above letter
No official/officer belonging to caste Raya Tanwar is posted in this office.
Information regarding Point No. 3&4 of the above letter
Do not pertain to this office.

The following were present.
Appellant: Mr. Adesh Kumar
Respondent: Mr. Varun Kapoor PIO
The PIO has transferred the RTI aplication on 19/9/2008 to three other Public
authorities under intimation to the appellant. The appellant instead of filing a first
appeal in those Public authorities has filed the First and Second appeal against the
original PIO. The appeal is not sustainable.
Decision:
The Appeal is dismissed.
