ORDER
Background
1. The RTI Application dated 14.7.2010 was filed by the Applicant with the PIO, East Central Railway,
Danapur, Patna . The Applicant sought marks of the successful candidates who had appeared in the
examination for Loco Pilot (Goods) (Electricals) He also requested the marks against their service
records, seniority, experience etc. He also wanted to know why three other candidates had been
declared successful although they were junior to him . The PIO replied on 2.8.2010 enclosing the
reply forwarded by the Divisional Personnel Officer, Danapur. Not satisfied with the reply the
Applicant filed his first appeal on 2.9.2010 seeking the information once again. The Appellate
Authority replied on 22.9.2010 enclosing the reply forwarded by the departments (Electrical –
Operation) and the Personnel Deptt. Still not satisfied the Applicant filed his second appeal before
the Commission on 14.7.2010 stating that misleading information was provided to him.
Decision
2. During the hearing a perusal of submissions of record revealed that that all information has been
provided to the Appellant except the information about successful candidates against point 1 and its
sub points . The Commission directs the PIO to provide this information against point 1 including
information about Mr. Binay Kumar, Mr. Binay Kumar Verma dn Mr. Mukech Vikram Sinha to the
Appellant along with one set of information already provided, by 20 March, 2011.
3. The complaint is accordingly disposed of.
