FACTS
The matter is heard today dated 14.2.2011. The parties have not
been appeared before the Commission. Hence, it has been decided to dispose of the
matter on the basis of material on record.
2. The appellant is Group- ‘D’ employee of Department of Posts and he
appears to be a compulsive information seeker. He has been raising the same queries
time and against about transfers/ posting of officers. The present is one of such appeals
in the series. It appears to us that the requisite information has been provided to the
appellant and the matter is frivolous and trite. Hence, it is closed.
