2 14.02.2011 By order dated 14.10.2009 specific
direction was issued to the District Superintendent of
Education, Patna for considering the petitioner’s
application and for directing to the Mukhiya and
Panchayat Secretary of Gram Panchayat Raj, Kita
Chauhttar Purvi, Block Maner, Patna to attest and
certify the relevant documents and appointment
letters of the petitioner so that he may be able to
appear in the next Merit Evaluation Test.
Counsel for the petitioner informs that the

next Merit Evaluation Test is going to be held on 20th
February, 2011. Till now nothing has been done.
The District Superintendent of Education,
Patna, Panchayat Secretary and Mukhiya of Gram
Panchyat Raj, Kita Chauhttar Purvi, Block-Maner,
Patna are directed to do the needful. The Panchayat
Secretary of Gram Panchayat Raj, Kita Chuhttar
Purvi, Block Maner, Patna will attest and certify the
relevant documents and appointment letters of the
petitioner so that he may appear in the Merit
Evaluation Test which is scheduled on 20th
February,2011. In case it is not done, proceeding of
contempt will be initiated against all of them.
Put up this matter on 23rd of February,
2011 under the heading for admission, retaining its
position.
