The Appellant had asked following information from Delhi University Library
System, DU:-
1. Recruitment Rules and Promotion Rules of the DULS before 2007.
2. Whether the library/Laboratory Attendants post is Technical or Non-Technical.
3. While recruiting the OBC candidates both in Teaching and Non-Teaching posts.
It has been stated that the Central List of Government of India is observed, but I
would like to know that why not the List of Government of NCT is being
observed.
PIO’s reply
PIO had replied that “The number should be mentioned in all correspondence
regarding this application. The information sought in the application and/or comments
there on, wherever necessary, are being requisitioned from offices concerned and it may
take some time”.
The First Appellate Authority ordered.
