Appellant sought information regarding payment made to BLO and other staff deployed (in AC-
13 & AC-5) on election duty. After reply of the PIO, the Appellant had objection on following
points:

The Appellant had asked information which is an element of justifying actions. The PIO
is now directed to provide following information to the Appellant:
1- Whether any specific transport was provided to the ladies who were deputed on Election
duties.
Decision:
The appeal is allowed.
The PIO is directed to provide the information mentioned above to the Appellant before
10 February 2010.
