Despite time being granted no counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the
respondents in reply to the affidavit filed in support of the Civil Misc.
Application No. 222717 to stay the further proceeding of appeal no. 1431 of
2009 (Sita Ram and others Vs. Dharmjeet and others) pending before the the
Settlement Officer Consolidation, Varanasi.
Learned counsel for the respondents prays for and is allowed a week’s further
time for filing counter affidavit.
