In view of the orders passed by us today in O.P.No.6265 of

1999, we need not have to keep this contempt petition pending on board.

Therefore, this contempt petition is disposed of as having become

unnecessary.

(2) In view of the orders passed in the contempt petition, no

orders need be passed in the pending Civil Miscellaneous Petitions.

Accordingly, all pending Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
