After arguing the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioner Sri O.P.
Srivastava, on the basis of instructions from his client submits that the petition
may be dismissed as withdrawn as the petitioner shall approach the Registrar,
for consideration of his representation and for giving a decision expeditiously.

Sri Vijay Kumar and Sri Neeraj Chaurasia appearing for the respondents have
no objection.

We, therefore, dismiss the petition as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
