03 07-03-2011 Today again, on call none appeared on behalf of the

petitioner either to press this petition or to make a prayer for

adjournment. On 4.3.2011 also same was the position. However,

Sri Shashi Shekhar Prasad , learned A.C. to Govt. Pleader no.17 is

present.

The petition stands dismissed due to non-prosecution.
