The petitioner claims the disobedience of order dated 11th of February, 2010,
passed in writ petition No.6760 (SS) of 2009, whereby the opposite parties
have been directed to declare the result of the Departmental Promotion
Committee relating to petitioner’s promotion on the post of Deputy
Superintendent of Police held on 22nd of August, 2009.

The petitioner served the copy of order upon the opposite party No.1 on 16th
of February, 2010 but till date the same has not been complied with.

Issue notices to opposite parties to appear before this court on the next date
and show cause whey they have not complied with the aforesaid order passed
by this court.
