ORDER

Rule.

Learned APP Mr. Maulik Nanavati waives service of Rule on behalf of
the respondent – State.

This
application is preferred by the applicant with a prayer to extend the
temporary bail for the period of 30 days on the ground that the
applicant has not fully recovered pursuant to the fracture injury
received by him. Earlier this Court granted temporary bail vide
order dated 25.8.2011 passed in Criminal Misc. Application No.11976
of 2011 by this Court. The said temporary bail period is going to be
expired on 7.9.2011.

I
have perused the application and heard the submission of the
applicant. In view of the above circumstances, present application
stands allowed partly. The temporary bail granted vide order dated
25.8.2011 passed in Criminal Misc. Application No.11976 of 2011 by
this Court, is extended for a period of four weeks from today. The
applicant shall surrender in time before the jail Authority after
completion of the period of temporary bail for a period of four
weeks. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent. D.S.
permitted today.
