ORAL ORDER
In
this group of three matters, on 20.1.2009, this Court (Coram: S.R.
Brahmbhatt, J. ) had passed the following order :-
Let these matters receive consideration from other Learned Single
Judge. NOT BEFORE THIS COURT.
Thereafter,
as record shows, the office, vide its note dated 23.1.2009 obtained
orders of the Hon’ble the Chief Justice for placing the matter.
Without noticing this, it appears that the office placed this group
of matters in the final hearing Board on 25.1.2010. Thereafter, it
was adjourned to 10.2.2009 and at the request of one of the
petitioners in person, the matter preponed and kept on 29.1.2010 i.e
today.
Today,
during the course of submission, it was pointed out to the Court that
there is an order already passed on 20.1.2009. Hence, office is
directed to place it before the appropriate Court after taking
appropriate orders from the Hon’ble the Chief Justice.
