learned counsel for the State.

Save and except suspicion that also about

killing by members of petitioner’s gang, there is no

material on record to involve this petitioner in the incident.

Accordingly, let the above named petitioner be

released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-

(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to

the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-IIIrd,

Barh in connection with S. Tr. No.396 of 2008 arising out

of Mokama P. S. Case No.108 of 1999.
