                         JUDGMENT

Petitioner is working as U.D.Typist in the Health

Services Department, Ernakulam. She is due to retire in

March 2011. She is a native of North Parur. She sought for

a transfer in the course of general transfer 2008, but that

was not considered. Ext.P2 appeal was preferred by the

petitioner before the 1st respondent. Writ petition has been

filed seeking appropriate directions in relation to Ext.P2.

2. Having heard learned Government Pleader also, writ

petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to pass

orders on Ext.P2 within a period of one month from the date

of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
