        The above cited complaint was decided by this Commission vide its
decision dated 29.1.2009 wherein Shri Sanjay Gupta, Director, BIS, was directed
to arrange inspection of relevant files by complainant Shri S.B. Roy in BIS
Office, Mumbai. As the order of the Commission was not fully complied with by
the public authority, Shri Roy has filed non-compliance report before the
Commission.

2.      The matter was heard on 9.9.2009. Complainant is present. The public
authority is represented by Shri S.L. Chorasia, Scientist-E; Shri S.K. Gupta,
Scientist-E & Smt. Chitra Gupta, Scientist-E. It is the submission of Shri Roy
that the has taken inspection of a number of files at Mumbai but some files have
not been made available to him. On the other hand, Smt. Chitra Gupta would
submit that all the relevant files were made available for inspection.

                                     DECISION
3.      Smt. Chitra Gupta is hereby directed to re-visit the matter and if some
additional files are available, the same may be made available to the complainant
for inspection during his sojourn at Delhi.
