       Shri Vivek Agrawal, Govt. Advocate for respondents.

It is submitted by Shri Vivek Agrawal that the State Govt.
has appointed Member of the Madhya Pradesh State Cooperative
and now the Tribunal is functional.

Stating aforesaid, it was submitted that now the petitioner
may press his application before the Tribunal, which shall
consider the prayer of the petitioner for issuance of an ad interim
stay in the pending revision.

To this, Shri Sanjay K..Agrawal, the learned counsel for the
petitioner, submitted that the petitioner shall press his prayer for
an ad interim stay before the Tribunal. For a period of 30 days,
the interim order passed by this Court may be continued.

Shri Vivek Agrawal, Govt. Advocate for the State, has no
objection.

In view of the aforesaid, this petition is finally disposed of
with following directions:

(I) The petitioner may file an application before the M.P.Co-

operative Tribunal for expeditious hearing of revision and the
stay application pending in Revision Case No.R/66/2010.If
any such prayer is made by the petitioner within a week from
today, the Tribunal shall consider and decide the aforesaid
application expeditiously as far as possible within a period of
three weeks from the date of filing of such application.

(II) For a period of four-week or till the hearing of the aforesaid
application whichever is earlier, the interim order dated
23.6.2010 to continue.

No order as to cost.
