Having
heard the learned advocates appearing on behalf of the respective
parties and considering the request to extend the time to conclude
the Arbitration Proceedings in pursuance of the order passed by this
Court dated 03/07/209 and considering the fact that the arguments on
behalf of the respective parties are going on, time to conclude the
Arbitration Proceedings is hereby extended up to 31/12/2010 as a last
chance. No further time shall be granted.
