4/ 04-04-2011 Issue notice to respondent no.4 by ordinary

process as also by registered post with A/D, to show cause

as to why the relief prayed for in the present petition be not

granted to the petitioner. Requisite etc. for issuance of

notices by both the processes shall be filed within one

week, failing which this writ petition shall stand rejected,

as against him, without further reference to a Bench.

It is stated by learned counsel appearing on

behalf of the petitioner that I.A. No. 5354 of 2009 has been

filed by the petitioner for interim protection.

Office may trace out the aforesaid I.A. and steps

may be taken for its listing under the proper heading.
