2 01.04.2011 Petitioner is aggrieved by the appointment of
respondent no.8 as Anganwari Sevika.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits
that the enquiry was held and in that enquiry it has
already been found that her appointment was illegal.
However, admittedly, petitioner has not filed complaint
against such appointment of respondent no.8, in terms
of the Guidelines, before the Collector till now.
The appointment of respondent no.8 was
made in 2004. Therefore, there is gross delay and
laches in the matter.
