Heard
learned advocate Mr. AB Desai on behalf of petitioner.

In
present petition, prayer made by petitioner is that birth place is
required to be changed on the basis of application made on
24/4/2010, at page 11.

In
light of prayer made by petitioner in present petition, let
petitioner may take appropriate steps as examined by Division Bench
of this Court in reported decision 2009 (2) GLR 1246. Thereafter,
petitioner may approach to Passport Officer after obtaining
necessary orders either from Magistrate or from Civil Court as
directed by Division Bench of this Court.

In
view of above observation and direction, present petition is
disposed of without expressing any opinion on merits.
