Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned AGA.

The amount of maintenance of Rs. 2,100/- in all for the wife and a small
daughter is so meager that it does not call for any consideration by this Court.

This 482 Cr.P.C. application with the prayer to quash the order dated 1.6.2010
passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Kanpur Nagar in case no. 450/2007
(Poonam Pal and others Vs. Santosh Kumar Pal), under Section 125 Cr.P.C.
to set aside the impugned order, therefore, is dismissed.
