1. Heard,
learned Advocate Mr. AJ Patel, appearing on behalf of respondent no.
1 – original claimants, learned Senior Advocate Mr. RR Marshall,
appearing on behalf of appellant – original opponent no. 2 and
learned AGP Mr. Sharma for the State authority.
2. Today,
this Court has partly allowed the First Appeal Nos. 2899 of 2006 to
2903 of 2006 filed by appellant, by which, this Court has modified
the award passed by the Reference Court, Bharuch. Instead of
compensation of Rs.25/- per Sq. mtr. being additional amount of
compensation awarded by the Reference Court, Bharuch, it is modified
to the effect that the claimants are entitled to total amount of
compensation of Rs.25/- including amount awarded by the Land
Acquisition Officer of Rs.1.60 Ps. Therefore, in light of aforesaid
order passed by this Court, no order is required to be passed in
these Cross Objections and the same are accordingly disposed of.
