Shishir Jain has already filed counter- affidavit to which Sri R.N. Gupta wants
to file rejoinder- affidavit but it is not ready at present. standing counsel
requested to file counter- affidavit which he has not been able to prepare.

As a measure of last opportunity, one more time is given to the standing
counsel to file the counter- affidavit. In case the counter- affidavit is not filed
by the standing counsel on the next date, the Court shall proceed to pass
appropriate order. List this case in the next week as fresh.
