To give an illustration, in Enugupalem village of Vinukonda Mandal of Guntur district in Andhra Pradesh, Harijans are not being allowed to take drinking water provided for the village since the year 1994, though the pipeline was laid up to Harijan Wada…(Interruptions). The village leadership is obstructing the Harijans to take drinking water. Harijans have made several representations to the district administration but all in vain…(Interruptions).
