Issue notice to respondent no. 2 and 4 fixing 11.08.2010 as the date. Steps to
be taken within a week.

In view of the fact that plaintiff had an order of status quo through out the
trial, I am of the opinion that such interim order may be directed to be
continued till disposal of the interim stay application after exchange of
counter affidavits. It is ordered accordingly.
