Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned AGA for the State
and perused the material on record.
This bail application has been moved on behalf of applicant Sachin in case
crime no.188 of 2010, u/s 2/3 (1) of U.P.Gangsters and Anti Social Activities
(Prevention) Act, 1986, P.S. Jaswant Nagar, district Etawah.
It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant has
falsely been implicated in this case. He has only one criminal case shown
against him in the gang chart being case crime no. 475 of 2009 in which, he
has been granted bail.
Learned AGA opposed the bail application.
Considered the submissions made by the learned counsels for the parties and
the nature of offence and evidence available on record. Without expressing
any opinion on the merits of the case, the applicant is entitled to be enlarged
on bail.
Let the applicant Sachin involved in case crime no.188 of 2010, u/s 2/3 (1) of
U.P.Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, P.S. Jaswant
Nagar, district Etawah be released on bail on executing a personal bond and
furnishing two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of court
concerned.
