This
Court has issued the notice on 19th December, 2007.
Pursuant to the notice Mr.D.C.Dave learned advocate has filed his
appearance on behalf of the respondent-Company and detailed affidavit
in reply is filed. The petitioner has also filed
affidavit-in-rejoinder. Several disputes are raised by the
respondent-Company. One of the main dispute is that
respondent-Company has also dealings with the sister concern of the
petitioner from whom the respondent-company has to recover a large
sum. Mr.Dave has made the statement that they are going to file a
suit against the sister concern on or before 20th October,
2008.

In
view of the above statement, matter is adjourned to 20th
October, 2008.
