                                  JUDGMENT

H.L.Dattu,C.J.

Sri.S.Gopakumaran Nair, learned Senior Counsel appearing for

the appellants, after arguing the matter for quite some time, seeks

permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Appeal, with liberty to make

an appropriate application before the appropriate forum for appropriate

reliefs.

(2) Permission sought for is granted. Writ Appeal is disposed

of as withdrawn.

(3) However, liberty is reserved to the appellants, if they so

desire, to file an appropriate application before the appropriate forum for

appropriate reliefs.
