This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioners
against the order dated 16.6.2010, passed by learned Chief Judicial
Magistrate, Unnao in Misc. Case No. 91 of 2010 Ramu Pasi Vs. Vinod Kumar
and others by which a direction was issued to the Station Officer, Police
Station Achalganj, Unnao to register and investigate the case on the basis of
an application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.G.A. for the State and
perused the record of the case.
It reveals from the perusal of the record that the petitioners are prospective
accused and they have got no right to challenge the impugned order. There
appears no sufficient ground to interfere in the matter.
The petition is, therefore, dismissed.
