Sri. Babulal Ram, learned Standing Counsel produced the original record
before the Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, submits that the
said record is not relevant to adjudicate the controversy presently involved
therein. He submits that the dispute is as to when the Bhoodan Yaga Samiti
came to an end. According to the petitioner, it was upto 1990, while according
to the respondent it came to end earlier. Learned Standing Counsel is required
to produce record relating to handing over of the revenue record of the plot in
dispute by U.P. Bhoodan Yaga Samiti to the District Magistrate. The said
record may be produced on the next date.
List on 9th August, 2010. On that date, learned counsel for the petitioner
shall produce the record.
