Having heard on IA No. 12277/08, appellants’ application under
Order 22 Rule 4 of the CPC for bringing the legal representatives of
respondent no. 2 on record, for the reasons stated in it and taking into
consideration that same is filed within the prescribed period and the
proposed persons also appear to be the legal heirs of such
respondents, this IA is allowed.

Appellants’ counsel is directed to carry out the necessary
correction in this regard within seven days, failing which this appeal
shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to the
bench.
