As a consequence of the order dated 26.04.2010 (order-sheet)
passed by this Court the District Inspector of Schools, Ghaziabad,
appears to have passed an order dated 27.04.2010 which is sought
to be challenged by the petitioner by moving the amendment
application.
Amendment application is allowed. Let the necessary amendment
be incorporated within two weeks. Upon the petition be amended
learned counsel for the petitioner may supply the amended copy to
learned Standing Counsel who represents District Inspector of
Schools, Ghaziabad.
The District Inspector of Schools, Ghaziabad, may file counter
affidavit to the amended petition within three weeks thereafter,
failing which he will appear in person before this Court alongwith
relevant records and instructions to assist this Court.
As prayed, let the matter be listed on 31.08.2010.
