Criminal misc. correction application no.186440 of 2010

This is a correction application filed with a prayer for correcting
interim order dated 17.6.2010 passed by this Court.

Last paragraph of interim order dated 17.6.2010 stands deleted, in
its place following lines shall be read and will form part of interim
order dated 17.6.2010;

“Till the next date of listing, further proceedings in criminal case
no.104 of 2010 Smt. Kela Vs. Khem Singh and others pending
before Judicial Magistrate, Hasanpur, District J.P. Nagar, under
Sections 324, 323, 504, 506, 498-A I.P.C. and 3/4 Dowry
Prohibition Act, Police Station Hasanpur, District J.P. Nagar, shall
remain stayed.”

The instant application is disposed of.
