माननीय मंत्री जी के कार्यक़म की पूर्व सूचना बिहार सरकार एवं स्थानीय प्रशासन को दी गई थी। घायल अवस्था में जब राज्य सरकार से विमान मांगा गया तो वह उपलब्ध नहीं कराया गया। विमान उपलब्ध न होने पर सेना के विमान की मदद से केन्द्र सरकार ने उन्हें राम मनोहर लोहिया अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया। उनकी स्िथति अत्यन्त गम्भीर है। इसी तरह पलामू में १२ अल्पसंख्यकों की हत्या हुई। पलामू, चतरा, हजारीबाग में अल्पसंख्यकों और कमजोर लोगों की हत्या की गई। उन लोगों पर जानलेवा हमला हुआ।

… (Interruptions) श्री देवेन्द्र प्रसाद यादव : माननीय ग्ृाह मंत्री जी यहां मौजूद हैं। सैयद शाहनवाज जी को सदन में बुलाया जाए। वह इस बारे में सदन में बयान दें। वहां के लोग असुरक्षित हैं। वहां के लोगों में भय व्याप्त है। पूरे बिहार में आतंक का माहौल है और कानून तथा व्यवस्था ठप्प है। कॉन्स्टीटयूशनल ब्रेक डाउन हो गया है। अध्यक्ष महोदय, मैं आपके माध्यम से निवेदन करना चाहता हूं कि विषय की गंभीरता को देखते हुये माननीय ग्ृाह मंत्री जी सदन में वकतव्य देकर स्िथति को स्पष्ट करें नहीं तो वहां के अल्पसंख्यकों, कमजोर वर्ग के लोगों में भय और आतंक का माहौल बना रहेगा। लोग असुरक्षित हैं, इसलिये मैं आपके माध्यम से निवेदन करूंगा कि सरकार इस विषय पर रैस्पौंड करे और सूचना ग्रहण करके इस सदन को अवगत करे।MR.
